2. **Measurable:** Determine how you will measure your progress and know when you've achieved your goal. For example, "I will track my running distance and time each week."


3. **Achievable:** Set realistic goals that are challenging but attainable. Consider your current abilities and resources. For example, "I will train for the 5K by running three times a week."
